More LEVITATION is coming your way this weekend, and your AMM host has greedily honed in on a handful of favorites you can’t miss. The music fest, originally founded by The Black Angels in 2008, has events curated worldwide, but the hometown celebration continues to be the destination for music fans from all over. - Tomorrow includes two shows at Empire Control Room – Heartless Bastards performs an afternoon show in a line-up featuring Nemegata, Leah Senior, and a solo set by Alex Maas (The Black Angels), with doors opening at 1 p.m.; later, AMM fave to-the-point-of-hysteria She Past Away takes over Empire at night, with Tempers, Wingtips and Traitrs. 8:30 p.m.
- Also tomorrow, another scorcher with Trail of Dead at The 13th Floor with rising anti-stars F%ck Money; Hunx and His Punx conquer the Mohawk, with Death Valley Girls, A Giant Dog and The Pinky Rings; and Sunflower Bean plays the show moved to Feels So Good at 211 E. Alpine Rd., with Ringo Deathstarr, Grandma, and Being Dead.
