Cedar Park’s Firefly Aerospace made history when it successfully landed its Blue Ghost spacecraft on the moon’s surface earlier this year. A middle school in East Austin will be getting a mental health center as part of a plan to modernize the campus. Travis County is offering free training for anyone wanting to learn how to administer Narcan. More rain is on the way this week.

Hundreds of Austinites employed at local cannabis shops could lose their jobs. Austin ISD officials are recommending another $44 million worth of cuts.
