Of course, your AMM host’s heart melted at the sight of that backstage photo of Isbell, Lucinda Williams and Charlie Sexton on Isbell’s Instagram. Hello? That took things up several notches.
Speaking of which, Isbell and special guest Williams return to ACL Live at the Moody Theater tonight, Monday Aug. 9, for the final round of Isbell’s three-night Austin tour stop.
