In the midst of multiple Juneteenth celebrations across the city this weekend, Six Square, Austin’s Black cultural district, and the Carver Museum will present the Stay Black and Live 2 livestream, a musical showcase with performances by several Austin-based artists. From 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. (Central), you’ll see Anastasia performing with her band The Heroes, plus the Godfather of Austin Blues W. C. Clark, along with Riders Against the Storm (“Flowers For The Living” is featured on today’s AMM), Mama Duke, Buffalo Nichols, Eimaral Sol, Joshua Banbury, Mélat, Stretch Music, Kristin Trotty, DJ Cysum, Nook Turner, and more.
