KUTX, along with the City of Austin Music and Entertainment Division and the Austin Music Foundation, continue the celebration of Love Austin Music Month with a few more Free Week 2022 show picks for this weekend. Magna Carda and Mike Melinoe are on the line-up tonight, Saturday Jan. 8, at Cheer Up Charlie’s; also tonight, Urban Heat at Elysium; The Teeta, J Soulja and David Shabani at Empire Control Room; and Billy King and the Bad Bad Bad at Valhalla.
Tomorrow, Sunday Jan. 9, Superfónicos (featured on today’s AMM) plays at Empire Control Room, and Buffalo Hunt performs at Hotel Vegas.
