The AMM is jumping ahead this week to a must-see line-up at Central Machine Works, 4824 E. Cesar Chavez. These two bands take over the space this Thursday night, Oct. 21:
-It’s a rough mish-mash of all the stuff that’s good for you – raw country, garage rock and punk, unrefined and pulling you into the darkest roots, the underbelly. Get your grubby paws on the self-titled LP by Rattlesnake Milk already, and see them start the show Thursday at 8 p.m.
-Feet off the ground in a dreamy desert daze with this psych folk/alt.-country sonic bliss. And a breathy, strumming groove like “Dublin, Texas” is a sign of the beauty to come on the forthcoming album. RF Shannon plays at 9 p.m.
Holy hell, don’t miss out. And please remember to bring your mask.
