All right. Ready for day two? The Austin City Limits Music Festival continues at Zilker Park, and your AMM host presents another quick round of must-see performances. Don’t forget to hydrate:
- Among the Saturday heavy-hitters, you’ll find duo Sofie Tukker, Atlanta rap artist Big Boi, The War On Drugs, Australian artist Flume, and the incredible Tobe Nwigwe – so minty fresh. Make sure that earlier today, you catch AMM fave Lido Pimienta, Cimafunk and Tyler Yaweh, along with ATX artists Mama Duke and Adrian Quesada’s Boleros Psicodelicos.
- Without a doubt, the AMM’s number one ACL Nights show pick for tonight is Buffalo Nichols at The Continental Club. Brooklyn band Nation of Language at Stubb’s indoor venue is also a front runner.
- Sunday afternoon at the fest features another AMM fave Danielle Ponder, along with Tampa synthwave outfit Glove, Chicago trio Dehd, Miami pop duo Magdalena Bay, Japanese Breakfast, The Marias, and Austin artists Caleb de Casper, Primo the Alien (“Dance Forever” is featured on today’s AMM), Darkbird, and shredder extraordinaire Eric Tessmer. And you can tell Eric I said that.
