The truck driver who crashed his vehicle into a line of cars on I-35 near Parmer Lane in north Austin last month, killing five, was sober, according to his lawyer. The Austin City Council is set to get an update today on how to pay for caps that would be built over I-35. Liberty Hill ISD school board members accepted the resignation of Superintendent Steven Snell last night and named Chief of Schools Travis Motal Interim Superintendent.
