Hanson, Jr. presents a 1996 interview with the late William F. “Bill” Williams, the co-founder of Glory Foods, Inc., which addressed a void in the marketplace for food products targeting African American Consumers. Williams also worked to attract young African Americans to the culinary arts and the hospitality industry.
