Hays CISD is one of several school districts in Central Texas now planning to close schools for the total solar eclipse on April 8th. Travis County has issued a disaster declaration ahead of the total solar eclipse on April 8th. CapMetro Rail service will be free tomorrow for the second Austin FC home game this season.
