Recently, the Austin Music Minute shared a preview of David Ramirez‘s latest release, the awe-inspiring Backslider, a collection of spiritual works rejuvenated by Ramirez’s distinctive vocal style. There is something so markedly profound in his delivery of each traditional hymn, almost as if they’ve taken on new meaning.
Today’s AMM, however, featured the opening track “Lover, Will You Lead Me” from last summer’s release, My Love Is A Hurricane. But it doesn’t have to be either/or. You’ll love both.
